What the Work Looks Like

We build and maintain web platforms for US-based digital product businesses. The work spans SaaS platforms, LMS builds, eCommerce stores, restaurant and hospitality sites, API integrations, and cross-system connections.

The stack across active engagements includes Next.js, React, TypeScript, WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce, PHP, and custom API work. Projects run from scoped fixed-price deliverables to ongoing monthly retainer allocations.

We work EST and CET hours.

What We Look For

Senior-level output and ownership of deliverables. Proactive communication when scope shifts or blockers appear. Comfortable operating without daily oversight. Familiar with async collaboration across time zones.

We work with individuals directly. We do not engage staffing agencies, recruitment intermediaries, or outsourcing firms representing third parties.

We do not micromanage. We do not hand-hold. We expect the same in return.
