What It Is

A monthly allocation of OmniStreak's senior engineering team, dedicated to your product. Pre-agreed scope. Proactive communication. Milos's direct oversight on every engagement.

This is not a support contract or a maintenance arrangement.

It is an active engineering partnership - the kind where your product gets meaningfully better every month because a senior team is consistently working on it.

The clients who are on retainer with OmniStreak do not think of us as a vendor. They think of us as the engineering arm of their business - the team that knows their system, understands what they are building toward, and can be trusted to execute without being managed.

What It Costs

Retainer pricing is based on a dedicated monthly hour allocation. You are not buying a headcount - you are buying a defined block of senior engineering time, fully dedicated to your product, under Milos's direct oversight.

Retainers scale as your business grows. Clients who start at $10k/mo and whose products expand in scope move up naturally - the same team, more capacity.

There is no ceiling on what the engagement can become if the work warrants it.

The monthly investment is agreed before the retainer begins and does not change without a scoping conversation, and you will never receive an invoice that was not discussed in advance.

How It Is Structured

Monthly hour block

We agree on a monthly hour allocation before the engagement begins. That allocation is dedicated to your product - it does not get shared with other clients.

Scoped before it starts

Work is scoped and approved before we begin it. Not after. If a request requires more hours than the current monthly block covers, we tell you before we act on it - not after the hours have been spent.

Proactive ceiling notifications

When we are approaching your monthly hour ceiling, you hear from us first. You decide whether to extend, defer, or adjust scope for that month. No surprises on the invoice.

Payment

A kickoff payment is required at the start of the engagement. Monthly retainer payments are invoiced at the beginning of each month. We do not work ahead of confirmed payment.

What You Get

A team that knows your system

From the second month onward, your team is not onboarding - they are building. The compounding value of a consistent engineering team working on the same product over time is not something a rotating roster of freelancers can replicate.

Milos's direct involvement

Every retainer engagement runs under Milos's direct oversight. He understands the business context behind every technical decision, not just the technical requirements.

You are not handed off to a project coordinator after the contract is signed.

Dedicated communication infrastructure

A dedicated Slack channel with your stakeholders and our project delivery managers. A dedicated Jira board with full visibility into work in progress. Weekly or bi-weekly check-in calls.

You always know what is being worked on and what is coming next.

A team that shows up for launches

Product launches do not follow a 9-to-5 schedule. When a launch is live and something needs to be confirmed or resolved, we are there until it is done. This is not a promise - it is what our clients have experienced for 20 years.

The Commitment

The Embedded Engineering Partner retainer requires a 6-month minimum commitment.

This is not a formality.

Allocating dedicated senior engineering capacity to your product is a real operational decision on our side.

Six months is the minimum horizon on which that investment makes sense for both parties - it is enough time to build meaningful momentum on your product and for the team to develop the depth of system knowledge that makes the retainer genuinely valuable.

After the initial 6-month commitment, the retainer continues month-to-month with a 2-week notice period to end the engagement.

Commitment timeline - from pilot to ongoing retainer

Is This Right for You?

You are running a digital product business - SaaS, online course platform, or a complex web-based operation - that generates consistent revenue and has a continuous pipeline of engineering work.

Features to build, integrations to extend, systems to maintain and improve.

You have been through the Pilot Engagement and the working relationship is solid. You know what OmniStreak delivers and you want it consistently, not project by project.

You are not looking to manage the engineering process yourself. You want a team you can trust to own it.

How It Starts

01

Retainer conversation

We discuss your product, your engineering pipeline, and what a monthly engagement needs to look like to be genuinely useful. We ask the questions we need to scope the allocation accurately.

02

Proposal and agreement

We send a written retainer agreement: monthly scope, hour allocation, pricing, payment terms, commitment period, and notice terms. You review, ask anything that needs clarifying, and sign off.

03

Kickoff

Dedicated Slack channel, dedicated Jira board, kickoff call. Stakeholders and team aligned before work begins.

04

Month one

Work begins. The first month is about establishing the rhythm - communication cadence, scoping process, delivery cadence. By month two, the team is in full stride.

What Long-Term Looks Like

The clients who have been with OmniStreak longest are not the ones who started with the biggest projects. They are the ones whose businesses kept growing and who kept bringing the next problem to the same team.

Over time the relationship deepens. The team knows the system end to end. Onboarding time disappears.

The quality of what gets built improves because the engineers building it understand the product as well as anyone on your side.

Our longest active client partnership is 10 years and ongoing. It started with a content edit on an existing LMS page.

Proof

We have had the pleasure of working with the team at OmniStreak on several projects over the course of many years thanks to a word-of-mouth recommendation by a close partner. They are consistent, reliable, meet deadlines, and always deliver quality work.
