What Data We Collect and Why

Contact Form Submissions

When you submit a project brief or enquiry through our contact form, we collect:

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Company name
• Company website
• LinkedIn profile URL
• Your role at your company
• How you found OmniStreak
• Project brief document (if uploaded)
• Your responses to project and budget questions

Why we collect this: To evaluate whether your project is a fit for OmniStreak, to respond to your enquiry, and to conduct a scoping conversation if appropriate.

Legal basis: Legitimate interests (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) - specifically our legitimate interest in evaluating and responding to business enquiries, and your legitimate interest in receiving a response.

Website Analytics

We use PostHog (EU region) to understand how visitors use our website. PostHog is configured in cookieless mode on this website. This means:

• No cookies are set by our analytics tool
• No personal data is collected by our analytics tool
• Data collected is limited to anonymized, aggregated usage patterns such as page views and navigation paths
• Your IP address is not stored

Why we collect this: To understand which pages are useful to visitors and to improve the website.

Legal basis: Legitimate interests (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) - specifically our legitimate interest in understanding website usage through privacy-preserving analytics.

Bot Protection

We use Cloudflare Turnstile on our contact forms to prevent automated bot submissions. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a cookie for the purpose of bot detection. This cookie does not track your browsing activity across websites and is used solely to distinguish human visitors from automated bots.

Why we collect this: To protect our contact forms from spam and malicious submissions.

How Long We Keep Your Data

Non-converting leads - enquiries that do not result in a working engagement: We retain your contact form data and project brief for 12 months from the date of your last contact with us. After 12 months of no contact, your data is deleted.

Active and past clients - where an engagement has commenced: We retain engagement-related data including contact information, project documentation, invoices, and correspondence for 5 years after the engagement ends. This period covers our legal obligations regarding tax records and our legitimate interest in maintaining records in case of any future dispute.

Project briefs - uploaded documents submitted through the contact form: Retained together with the associated lead record and deleted at the same time.

Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We share data with the following categories of service providers only to the extent necessary to operate our website and respond to enquiries:

• Cloudflare - network security and bot protection. Data processed in accordance with Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
• PostHog - website analytics, EU region, cookieless mode. No personal data shared.
• Resend - email delivery service used to route contact form submissions. Resend processes email addresses and message content solely to deliver form submissions to us.
• File storage provider - uploaded project briefs are stored in an isolated cloud storage environment. Files are not publicly accessible.

All service providers are contractually bound to process data only for the purposes we specify and in accordance with applicable data protection law.

International Data Transfers

OmniStreak is based in the Slovak Republic within the European Union. Our clients are primarily based in the United States.

Where we transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area - for example, when using US-based service providers - we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission where required.

Your Rights Under GDPR

As a data subject under GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Right of access - You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Right to rectification - You can request that we correct inaccurate personal data we hold about you.
• Right to erasure - You can request that we delete your personal data. We will comply unless we have a legal obligation to retain it.
• Right to restriction of processing - You can request that we restrict how we process your personal data in certain circumstances.
• Right to data portability - You can request a copy of your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
