Know Exactly What You Have Before You Commit to Anything.
The Platform Assessment is a fixed-price technical review of your existing digital product. Delivered as a written document within 7 business days. No retainer, no ongoing commitment.
What It Is
You have a platform that is generating revenue. Something is not working the way it should - features take too long to build, the system is accumulating debt, integrations are fragile, or you are about to make a significant investment and you want to understand what you are actually building on top of.
Before you commit $5k, $15k, or more to an engineering engagement, it makes sense to know exactly what you are working with.
The Platform Assessment gives you a clear, specific picture of your existing platform written by a senior engineer who has been building and maintaining digital products for 20 years.
Not a sales document. Not a pitch for more work. A straightforward assessment of what exists, what is broken, and what it will realistically take to move forward.

What You Receive
A PDF document delivered within 7 business days of the intake call. Written for a founder, not a developer. Structured across five areas:
What is actually built
A plain-language description of what your platform consists of - architecture, tech stack, integrations, and how the pieces connect. Most founders do not have a clear picture of this.
After this section, you will.
Where the technical debt is
Specific problem areas, not vague warnings. Where the platform is fragile, what is likely to break under load or when you try to extend it, and what has been patched rather than properly built.
The gap between your platform and your roadmap
An honest assessment of what your platform cannot currently do that your business needs it to do. Where the engineering effort is highest relative to the business value it unlocks.
The realistic engineering path forward
What it would actually take to fix the top three issues or build the top three priorities - in plain language, not a technical specification. Enough to make an informed decision about whether to proceed and with whom.
Effort estimates for the top priorities
Rough effort ranges for the three highest-priority items identified in the assessment. These are not quotes - they are directional estimates to help you plan. A formal quote requires a scoping conversation.
What It Is Not
The Platform Assessment is not a full technical audit. It does not include a complete code review, a security penetration test, or a performance benchmarking report.
Those are separate engagements with different scope and pricing.
It is also not a sales pitch for OmniStreak's engineering services. If the assessment identifies that your platform needs work OmniStreak does not do, we will say so.
If it identifies that your platform is in better shape than you thought and you do not need a major engineering investment, we will say that too.
Who This Is For
You are running a digital product business - SaaS, online course platform, or a complex web-based operation. Your platform is live and generating revenue.
You are in one of these situations:
You have been burned by a previous development team and you want an independent senior perspective before you hire anyone new
You are about to invest in a significant new feature or integration and you want to understand what you are building on top of
You have a nagging sense that your platform has accumulated debt but no one has given you a clear picture of where it actually is
You are evaluating OmniStreak for a Pilot Engagement and you want to see how we think before committing to a project
Who This Is Not For
If you do not have an existing platform - if you are building from zero - this is not the right starting point. There is nothing to assess. The Pilot Engagement is the correct entry point.
If you are looking for a full security audit or compliance review, this is not that engagement.
We can refer you to the right resource.
How It Works
01
Submit a request
Fill out the short form below. Tell us what your platform does, what you are concerned about, and what decisions you are trying to make.
No brief upload required for this engagement - a clear description is enough to get started.
02
Intake call
A 60-minute call with Milos. You walk through the platform, share access to the live product, and describe the history - what has been built, by whom, over what timeline, and what is causing concern.
No preparation required beyond having access to your platform.
03
Assessment
Milos reviews the platform independently following the intake call.
This takes 3-5 business days.
04
Delivery
A PDF document delivered to your inbox. Structured, specific, written for a founder. If anything in the document needs clarification, a 30-minute follow-up call is included.
Total time from intake call to delivery: 7 business days.
Pricing
$2,500 - fixed price
Payment is due before the intake call is scheduled. Because the intake call is the beginning of the work, the fee is confirmed upfront rather than after a scoping conversation.
No scope document, no stages - one fixed fee, one delivery.
What Happens After
The assessment stands on its own. You can take the document and use it however you choose - share it with your team, use it to evaluate other engineering vendors, or simply use it to make a more informed decision about where to invest next.
If the assessment identifies work that is a good fit for OmniStreak, we will say so and give you a straightforward path to a Pilot Engagement or Scope Project.
There is no obligation to continue with OmniStreak after the assessment.
If you do decide to move forward with OmniStreak, the $2,500 assessment fee is credited against the cost of the first project.
You do not pay twice for the same thinking.
“After being referred to OmniStreak by a friend of ours who had nothing but good things to say about their services, I was hesitant given our previous experience with web development and management teams. They were slow, unreliable and relied on our guidance to make design changes which took precious time away from running our own business. What I learned is that OmniStreak was the complete opposite.”
“OmniStreak were able to assist a step further than the average resource - where one takes orders, Milos and his team take charge. They apply a blend of business strategy and technical knowledge when approaching every project.”
