MINA Group, founded by renowned Chef Michael Mina, is a premier hospitality company managing a collection of upscale, award-winning restaurants across the United States.
Known for culinary innovation and exceptional service, MINA Group operates at the top end of the US dining market.
The Situation
MINA Group was planning a significant expansion into new locations and needed their digital presence to match the caliber of their physical restaurants.
The existing website no longer reflected the brand. It could not scale to accommodate new locations without technical involvement from a developer every time. Their non-technical team had no way to manage it independently.
The brief was a complete digital overhaul - not a refresh, a rebuild.
What We Were Asked to Build
A visually sophisticated website that reflected MINA Group's luxury brand, rebuilt on a robust backend that could handle multiple locations and be maintained by non-technical staff.
A custom location management tool so the MINA team could add and manage new restaurant pages without developer involvement.
Integration with their reservation system and email marketing platform was completed with specialized requests.
What We Built
A complete redesign and backend rebuild on WordPress, using a custom theme, custom plugins, and Advanced Custom Fields.
The visual design was built to communicate the sophistication and quality of the MINA Group brand consistently across every restaurant in the group.
A custom location management system allowed the MINA team to add new restaurant locations, manage content, and update pages independently - no technical knowledge required.
Each location has a templated page structure that maintains brand consistency while allowing individual restaurant details to be managed separately.
Integrated with SevenRooms for reservation management, email marketing, and analytics.
