The Client

House of Puff is a women-led, Latina-owned luxury brand specializing in high-end puffware products.

The brand operates in a market where premium positioning and visual presentation are central to the customer experience - the product is luxury, and the digital presence needs to reflect that.

The Situation

House of Puff had a strong product and a clear brand identity, but their digital presence was not matching the premium positioning they had built.

The website needed a full overhaul - one that communicated the luxury character of the brand and gave customers a shopping experience appropriate for the product they were buying.

A complete digital overhaul for the House of Puff brand. A new website built to communicate the luxury positioning of the brand, present the product range properly, and deliver an eCommerce experience appropriate for a premium product in a visually driven market.

A full website overhaul on a custom WordPress build with eCommerce functionality. The design was built to the visual specifications of the House of Puff brand - premium, feminine, and built to make the product the centerpiece of the experience.

Product pages built to present the range clearly.

eCommerce functionality integrated to handle purchasing, inventory, and order management. Built for the House of Puff team to manage independently - product additions, content updates, and inventory management without developer involvement.
