How It Started

Milos Vujnovic has been building digital products professionally for 20 years. He started with nothing - no formal education in technology, no mentorship, no industry connections.

He built his skills, his clients, and his team entirely through trial, delivery, and the kind of persistence that does not have a curriculum.

That unconventional path produced something that formal training rarely does: an engineer who understands business.

Not in theory - in practice, across 20 years of sitting across from founders and CEOs, understanding what they are trying to build and why, and then making sure the engineering actually serves that goal.

Milos has led the engineering of digital products used by hundreds of thousands of users.

  • He has run large-scale platform migrations, architected web infrastructure from the ground up, built and scaled Learning Management Systems, and led multiple engineering teams through product launches and feature integrations with tight deadlines and high stakes.
  • He has worked with INC Magazine-recognized SaaS companies, Michelin-starred restaurant groups, fitness and education businesses serving hundreds of thousands of users, and founders who needed someone to take ownership of their entire technical operation.

The through line across all of it: he understood what the business needed, not just what the ticket said.

Milos is involved in every OmniStreak engagement. Not as an account manager reviewing reports - as the person who understands the client's system, oversees the engineering decisions, and is reachable when something matters.

The client base is almost exclusively US-based.

The timezone difference is real and it is managed. EST and CET hours overlap sufficiently for daily communication and weekly calls. Product launches and critical delivery windows are handled regardless of the clock.

In 20 years, the timezone has never been the reason something was not delivered.
