Launch your next product without spending
countless hours on project management.
Our clients do not need to be tech-savvy to launch and grow their online project.
This is one of the core statements of our proven, easy-going project launch process.

Website Development
We’ve planned and built online presentations, SME blogs, corporate portals, web applications and membership websites on a scalable WordPress architecture with custom themes, plugins and additional
in-page and in-theme options.
how does this work?
We will start our initial discussion via email where we will discuss project requirements, payment stages, deadlines, and deliverables.
After your approval and a pre-paid payment stage, we start building the project on an in-house (testing) server.
During this stage of development, you will receive access to a branded project overview board where you will be able to monitor the project’s progress and see the status of all tasks and what has been completed.
After finishing the initial development you will be provided with a private URL address to review the completed project and provide any additional feedback.
Once the project has been approved to go live we’ll introduce another round of performance testing to ensure that everything is running smoothly and without issues for your live audience.
Finally, once the project is live we’ll provide continued support and any additional assistance which might be needed to ensure the long-term success of your new project.

Visual Design
We structured and designed sales pages, landing pages, corporate presentations, online course websites, branded assets, and various other complementary pages by utilizing a conversion-centric approach with modern visuals to place our client’s brand well above their competition.
how does this work?
A starting point for projects like these would be an email discussion where we’ll discuss your project’s goals and desired outcome (improved branding, customer acquisition, lead generation) which will help us craft delivery costs and time estimates.
After acquiring the necessary content from your team we’ll start the design stage by creating a wireframed outline of your new design.
Once the wireframes have been completed we’ll provide a private URL address where you will be able to review your design’s wireframes by providing feedback and working with us to review call to action areas and other necessary sections.
Upon approving wireframes we’ll move on to a visual design stage by transforming wireframes to visual design mockups (implementing modern branding, font families, photos assets, buttons, and styling).
When visual design mockups are ready you will receive a private URL address where you will be able to review your new designs and provide any additional feedback before moving on to the final stage.
Once the visual designs are approved we will deliver completed mockups in a form of Photoshop (PSD) source files and provide any additional services if necessary – such as transforming visual designs into a working web page or a marketing funnel asset.
API and Shopping Cart Integrations
We solved complex architectural issues and integrated various CRM and shopping cart solutions for our client's online products, membership websites and sales funnels so they can accept one-time payments, add monthly subscriptions or offer upsells and complementary products.
how does this work?
We will start on a project like this with an email discussion where we will outline the project’s requirements and define deliverables, deadlines, and payment stages – while also reviewing necessary API documentation and contacting API providers to review technical possibilities for your project.
Upon receiving a project approval and a pre-paid stage we’ll start the development and conduct rigorous Q&A practices to ensure that your new integration script (or an app) is running smoothly.
Once the testing stage has been completed you will receive a private URL address where you will be able to review your new integration and provide feedback.
After you’ve approved your new project, we’ll migrate it to a live domain and conduct an additional round of testing to monitor that everything is working correctly for your live customers – and continue providing ongoing assistance if needed based on your project’s long-term goals.

Website Maintenance
We handle technical maintenance aspects of our client’s online projects so they can rest assured that everything runs smoothly in the back-end – and that there are contingency plans in place in case of an outage, malware or hacker attacks.
how does this work?
During the initial discovery email, we’ll discuss the current status of your website and outline the official start date of website maintenance (while also defining payment stages and deliverables).
Once the plan has been approved we’ll move on to initialize the maintenance process by implementing our technological stack in your website’s current architecture – without affecting how your website works in the front-end or back-end.
After completing the initial setup we will implement daily and weekly website backups, security, and uptime monitoring, malware scanning as well as scheduling weekly WordPress core, plugin and theme updates (which are rigorously tested on a staging website first).
Upon finishing this configuration process we’ll introduce another layer of website maintenance which is a part of our core plan – weekly cleanup of your WordPress website back-end (deleting spam comments, optimizing your database and removing spam comments) so your website can run smoothly long-term.
Digital Strategy Retainers
Our co-founder Milos has a proven industry experience working with SME owners, consultants, thought leaders and their teams by assisting in technical and marketing project management, branding strategy, identifying user experience issues in online products and creating inbound marketing strategies to acquire new customers and improve CLV of current paying customers.
how does this work?
During our discovery call, we’ll review the current positioning of your business, outline your product’s offering and its customers, identify the competition and define short-term and long-term goals.
After drafting a starting retainer plan you’ll receive a customized proposal tailored for specific needs of your business, while also defining 3-month KPIs and which assets of Omnistreak we can utilize to realize the goals of our new partnership.
Upon approving the retainer plan – and defining deadlines, payment stages, and deliverables – you’ll start working personally with our co-founder to grow your online business.

All our plans come with a systemized communication process
so we can focus on growing your profits.
We’ve learned that transparent team communication is one of the key pillars of online business growth.
With this in mind we apply the following procedures to save valuable time and improve overall quality of our deliverables:
Administering Changes
Any kind of technical or marketing change is conveyed on a testing (staging) website first. After your approval that change is applied to a live project’s domain.
Emergency Tasks
Urgent matters are discussed via email and responded to within 24 hours. We tend to stay away from text chats via Skype or Slack since for us it has been proven to be detrimental for project management.
Projects Outside Scope
if there’s a new task that was discussed outside of a previously-approved project brief, we’ll check-in with your first to provide a quote and a time estimate. Only after your approval, we’d continue working on that new task or a project.
Working with Teams
We’ll work with your internal team and outside consultants by participating in monthly meetings, communicating with technical support and researching documentation for technical and marketing integrations.
